WEEKEND RETREATS
Our adventurous 3- day weekend retreats take you onto your very own hero-journey. They are packed with creative development techniques, structure and experiences to put into use the creative orientation in your everyday life. These are complemented by various outdoor experiences taking place in the heart of the UNESCO world heritage site of the vaden- sea, realigning body, heart, mind and soul and include*:

On our multi-day retreats, you will be accommodated directly in the Marshlands and catered regional and allergy-friendly. Please be self-responsible in relation to dressing properly, bringing warm and weatherproof clothes and shoes, maybe swimware or wellies and a notepad and pen.

They are themed with various creative development topics designed to empower you with techniques, structure and experiences to put into use the creative orientation in your everyday life.
All our mini-retreats are facilitated outdoors at the Marsh Shelters, lying directly on the coastline. The related activities are subject to season and include:

Upon request, limited spaces of accommodation in simple outdoor shelters can be provided on our 1.5 day retreats.

Horse Energy Refocussing Orientation
Deep dive sessions into our superconsicous awarness and highest frequencies - focussing on and reconnecting to our limitless creative greatness - guided by horses.
OUTDOOR ADVENTURES
Mudflat hiking, collecting and cooking fresh oyster and marshland herbs, beach sauna and North Sea dips, campfires, outdoor sessions with a view and connecting to wildlife. Be aware that some adventures are subject to season.
CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT
An adventureous journey reconnecting to our true selves. Tools, techniques and guided meditations to rediscover what lies beyond our limiting belief structures and dysfunctional patterns - clarity, freedom, bliss, true connection and love.
BODY-HEART-MIND-SOUL ALIGNMENT
Creating is healing - and with guided meditations, conscious breathing techniques, full body releases of entrapped trauma, acupressure and tapping techniques, we create deep awareness and realignement of what has drifted out of balance.

Our marshland retreats take place in the beautiful, rough nature of the Tonder Marsh in the southernmost corner of the Danish west coast and on the beautiful penninsula Rømø.

TRANSPORT
The next airports are Billund (1,5 hrs) and Hamburg (2,5 hrs). The next train station is in Tonder (10 km) from which transportation can be organised upon request.

REGIONALITY
We cooperate with local accommodation, food producers and guides. For our retreats with full board and lodging we serve allergy friendly meals/ snacks and have you accommodated directly in the marshland.

HORSES
Our horses are accustomed to this kind of work and their participation is voluntary. We meet on their pastures and invite them into the work. Contact is voluntary for both parties and there is NO riding included (look how tiny in size they are).

CLOTHES
On the danish west coast, the weather can be as wild as the scenery. We try to run most of the session in our outdoor settings - in nature, sometimes in the mud and around the horses - so please consider this while packing for your stay.

HI THERE, YOU POWERFUL CREATOR
My name is Lil and I am a Nordic soul and an intuitive and I invite you sincerely to my home, the Tonder Marsh. Here we live by the rhythm of the sea, its tides and the enormous powers of nature.
It is my mission to reconnect you to your inner superpower, to hold the space for you weaving the adventurous life you dream of, co-created by your intuition and the magical power of horses, ancient wisdom and this rough but beautiful nature on the Danish westcoast.
It is my honour to guide you on your path to creating a limitless life of ease, peace and deep connection!
