WHY SHOULD I HAVE
A COACH?
To have a coach at your side on the journey to mastering your fate - and human life experience - is essential for many reasons:
GUIDING
‘Creators never walk alone.’ To face and acknowledge our shadows when stepping into our creative orientation is a most profound experience. Guided by the ‘right tools’ however, the journey becomes easy with new insights continuously revealed; sometimes in a subtle flow and sometimes all at once. Each revelation allows a new perspective on life and our way of being in it. To actually be in the state of revelation (the moment you see your truth emerge from the shadows) might be uncomfortable, but never hard.
The coach has the honour of holding the energy during these processes, and of being of service.
WITNESSING
Successfully discovering the shadows of our individual being and rediscovering our greatness is a process easily obscured by our unconscious egoic structure - leading us to deny ever having been there. The coach has the honour of witnessing the process of uncovering of the shadow, your growth, your greatness within and of being of service as a coach.
REFOCUSSING
The creative orientation has a powerful ‘opponent’ - our egoic orientation - which is unconsciously running our lives on autopilot. When living our true nature and purpose, our egoic structure (a most powerful ‘opponent’) is threatened by our heart’s truth and visions. And while we think we are focusing on our visions, we are probably not focusing on them at all, being side-tracked by our egoic structure and caught up in our stories, circumstances and conditions instead.
The coach has the honour of helping you recognise the truth, to refocus you back into your creative orientation and to be of service.
ENCOURAGING
To sit with the creative tension is easy once you have seen beyond the shadow. But although it is easy, it might not always be comfortable. The coach has the honour of holding the space and energy for you to let the tension unfold, to encourage you to go even deeper into the shadows of your individual being and to be of service to you.

COMMITMENT
To refocus on your creative orientation is easy, yet to stay in focus, it is not simple. You will be facing a powerful 'opponent' - your unconscious egoic structure - trying to keep us away from our path of reconnecting to our greatness.
Experience has shown that a minimum of 6 months' coaching is meaningful to anchor you in your creative orientation and the renewed structures of thinking and acting. Therefore, we offer packages of 6- or 12- month commitments.

My name is Lil and I am a Nordic soul and an intuitive.
It is my mission to reconnect you to the true magic in life, to accompany you on your journey to your highest self - your greatness. It is my mission to help you discover the unconscious limiting structures and patterns that rule your current life experience and to empower you to take your fate back into your hands!
I guide you into the darkest corners of your identity - your illusion of separateness and your trauma - and shed light onto the dysfunction that is holding you back from full expansion. And then I guide you back to your boundless greatness, to witnessing and releasing - and supporting you on your path to continuously creating a life from your superconscious - your wholeness, your infinite connection and your endless greatness.

By tuning into my superconscious, following the ancient hermetic laws, applying the teachings of creative development (William Whitecloud) and Fundamentals of Structural Thinking (Robert Fritz), by including our unique H.E.R.O. strategy and years of experience in invarious modalities including behavioural science (M.Sc.), trauma release, hero journey, EFT, meridian therapy, Emotion Code, guided meditations, mental training, life and business coaching.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I am facing mental challenges - is this coaching a substitute for therapy?
No - this is not therapy! If you are facing challenges that require psychological attendance, please contact your local health service.
However, it has shown itself, that the creative approach can be beneficial to gain clarity on long-term unconscious processes that lead to mental and physical expressions of long-kept tension.
It can as well be considered as a next step after psychological stabilisation. Creative development is healing - but healing is not creating!
What is needed to conduct the sessions - prerequisites - tech stuff?
For a smooth entrance, we ask you to work through our foundational course 'Disentangle Your Thread Of Fate' - compact, which is included in your coaching purchase.
Our online sessions are normally conducted via Zoom and last 60 min.
So, please make sure you have a sufficiently stable internet connection, a camera connected and won't be disturbed.
What commitments are available?
Experience has shown that becoming familiar and habitual with the new creative structure begins after half a year of consistent practice. However, already after your first sessions you will find impressive changes and ongoing creations taking place.
Our creative growth process follows an upward spiral. As we grow, we will experience to re-meet our various self-protective unconscious structures from new perspectives, as they are very persistent. To have the structures and tools in place to face this, requires at least 6 to 12 months of focused work.
We therefore offer packages of 6 or 12 months commitments.
Yet, most of our clients stay way beyond this - not to get fixed or because they can't grow by themselves.
No - quite the opposite is the case. They stay because our unconscious structure is very strong and will happen to overshadow any stage of growth - we continuously need someone to witness what is overshadowed and to guide us into refocusing our perspective!
I want to purchase Jotunheim's coaching as part of my professional development (as business expenses). Does VAT apply?
All our prices are incl. VAT following the European OSS and Danish tax regulations.
How is the payment process?
Once we have had our discovery call, you will get a link to a check out page. We will process your payments via Credit Card.
You can choose from different payment plans (incl. VAT). According to the payment plan, your investment will be debited from your credit card once, or around the same date of each month until the payment plan is complete. An invoice will be sent simultaneously.
